Social Enterprise Programme
Social Enterprise
We have invested £6 million to improve business support services for social enterprises.
Regional priority
Our focus has been on regionally prioritised projects delivered by a range of providers and ensuring that the ‘know how’ is captured and shared nationwide.
Programme outcomes
Social enterprises operate a double bottom line, making a profit as well as having a social or environmental aim.
Better tailored support services will help more social enterprises grow and thrive.
The funding will fund improvements like new mentoring schemes, more accredited advisers and work to develop emerging markets.
