At Capacitybuilders' Annual Conference earlier in the year, we committed to feedback about what we heard from discussions during the day and what action we will take as a result.

Linking into our corporate planning

The resulting Annual Conference Report picks up on feedback from the roundtable discussions and sets them alongside the three core ‘planks’ of our Corporate Plan for the three year period 2008–2011. 

Committed to working closely with sector

We hope that the headlines in the report resonate with delegates who attended the event and other key stakeholders and that they demonstrate our genuine desire to work closely with the sector on an ongoing basis to develop our role as: 

  • a strategic and engaged funder investing in change 
  • a learning agency in supporting capacity building in the third sector 
  • a valued and influential partner to the third sector and Government agencies.
