Anthony Freeling began his career as a marketing consultant with Mars and then spent nearly 20 years with McKinsey, where he became a Director and gained experience of relationship building and strategic insight, which he used in support of many Chief Executives and Boards.

Following his management consulting career, Anthony returned to academia.

He is currently Council Member of the Open University, a Director of Ashridge Strategic Management Centre and a Trustee of UnLtd – the Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs – serving as Chair of its Ventures Committee, which has helped create hundreds of new social enterprises.
