ChangeUp funding
The ChangeUp programme is funded through Capacitybuilders' sponsor department, the Office of the Third Sector, with £70 million invested during 2006-08.
A further £88.5million of investment in capacity building has been committed for the three year period 2008-11.

Improving Reach 2008-11
Approximately, £17 million is being invested through the Improving Reach programme for the three year period 2008-11.
Grant awards have been made to 73 individual organisations that help the third sector to flourish through the provision of information, advice and facilities.

Local and Regional Funding 2008-11
£30 million investment is being made in the Local and Regional fund for 2008-11, which has two principal strands:
- £12 million is being invested in Consortium Development Grants to local and regional consortia, tied to the delivery of core roles locally, and strategic outcomes, and a clear relationship with Capacitybuilders.
- £18 million investment is being made through the Modernisation Project Fund, to help achieve a step change in the way third sector support services are delivered locally and regionally.

The Consortia Projects Programme was open to existing ChangeUp consortia to fund priority projects that formed part of their infrastructure investment plans.
