Neil Bennett and Sandra Beighton are the Regional Managers for the North East and Yorkshire and the Humber.

Neil Bennett

Neil joined Capacitybuilders from Yorkshire and Humber Government office, where he had been on secondment from a Council of Voluntary Service, to co-ordinate the ChangeUp Programme for the region. 


Neil had been Chief Officer at the CVS for 16 years. 

Prior to that, he worked in a community development project in Birmingham and a centre for unwaged people in the South East. 

 

Sandra Beighton

 

Sandra has previously spent a number of years in the voluntary and community sector, most recently working with partners to improve health and social care services in Yorkshire.
