Kat Pearce is the Regional Manager for the South East of England.
Kat Pearce
Kat joined Capacitybuilders from a regional role in the South East with Age Concern.
She has a strong background in the voluntary and community sector having worked for a CVS, Volunteer Bureau, in community development and as a Chief Officer for a county Age Concern.
Kat has also worked with NGO managers in the Czech Republic, organised a citizens’ jury and worked freelance as an inspector of social care services.
She has served as trustee of a number of organisations, including a womens’ refugee and the RAISE Board, and been involved as a volunteer in community organisations.
