Kally Barot and Richard Weller are the Regional Manager for the East Midlands and East of England.
Kally Barot
Kally previously worked for a local authority in Community Development, has managed frontline services for a Black, Minority Ethnic Community Project and most recently worked for a regional VCS network.
Richard Weller
Richard joined Capacitybuilders in August 2007. He is on secondment from The Big Lottery Fund, where he was Policy and Partnerships Manager.
