Regional Managers
Capacitybuilders’ Regional Managers play a pivotal role as the communication link between Capacitybuilders’ and the ChangeUp programme across the UK.
They have been described by Simon Hebditch as "ambassadors of Capacitybuilders and advocates of the voluntary and community sector".
Responsibilities
Regional Managers are responsible for establishing and managing relationships with a range of organisations.
They recognise and understand the needs of the sector and peoples’ involvement with ChangeUp, identifying gaps and encouraging partnership working.
