Frontline organisations

Frontline organisations are most concerned about what will best support them in their work.

Information on support available

Results of our strategic consultation showed that some frontline organisations were worried that we might be ‘investing in bureaucracy’ and were unclear about how our funding was benefiting them.  The amount of funds we have available is too limited for us to invest directly in the frontline.  The best way that we can achieve our goal of improving the effectiveness of frontline organisations is through improving support.

Accessing support

Improved access to appropriate support is one of the most pressing concerns of frontline organisations and we are working to address that.  We aim to ensure that there is improved information about available support services and increase access for organisations currently struggling to find support.

The new national support service model will provide an easy point of access for frontline organisations seeking support.  It will connect them with a diverse range of support providers.

Listening

We aim to regularly ask frontline organisation what they want and evaluate what benefits they have gained from support.
